Instant Pot Country Pork Ribs

defrosted, country style, cut into 3 pieces

dry rub
or other dry rub of choice

c
barbecue sauce
1/4
c
apple cider vinegar

liquid smoke

Instructions
Cut rack of ribs into smaller pieces, approx. 3-4" per segment. Rub dry rub all over top and bottom of each piece.
Pour water or broth into pot wit liquid smoke and vinegar, them place a trivet in the middle.
Place rib pieces on top of the trivet and close the lid and seal steam valve.
Set to high pressure for 35 minutes with a 10 minute natural release. Then release rest of steam and lift off lid.
Use tons to remove ribs and if you want them crispy on the outside set on a baking sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Set oven to broil. Brush bbq sauce on the top of each piece liberally. Broil for about 4-6 minutes or until tops are as brown as you'd like.
