Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray 9" cake pan with non stick spray.
Open refrigerated pizza dough and roll out on to a non stick cutting board
Use a pizza cutter to slice dough into 1x2" pieces
Lay smokies on paper towels and roll up to remove moisture on the outside. Wrap each small smokie in dough and seal on the ends, then place facing upwards in the cake pan starting at the outer rim going all the way around, not overcrowding each piece (dough will spread)
Once you have 3 rows all the way around (about how many will fit with 1 package of weiners) there will be space in the middle probably. You can wad up a piece of aluminum foil and place it in the center so they don't fall over.
Mix together melted butter and garlic (and/or any other dry seasonings you want)
Pour this over the top of all of the wrapped sausages.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes and then check to see if dough is lightly browned and not sticky anymore. If not bake for additional 5 minutes and check again.
Take out and allow to cool for 10 minutes. If you want to transfer to a plate put one on top and gently flip over, then put another plate on the top of that and flip it upright. Remove foil and add a small dish with dip in the middle and serve!
