c
ground hazelnuts
1/2
tsp
baking powder
4
tbsp
sugar
2 tbsp for topping
1
tbsp
coconut oil
1
tbsp
honey
2
tbsp
oat flour
3
tbsp
pure maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla
Instructions
Grind your hazelnuts into a fine texture.
Combine your hazelnut "flour", baking powder, oat flour, and 2 tbsp of sugar in one bowl.
In another bowl melt your coconut oil and then add other liquid ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ones and mix well.
Lay a piece of saran wrap down and put dough in the center.
Wrap it up and put it in the fridge to firm for 30-60 min.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Remove saran wrap and put between two pcs of parchment paper and roll out until it's about 1/4" thick.
Use cookie cutters if desired or cut with a pizza cutter (works well) into pcs that are the same size so they cook evenly.
Place on cookie sheet with parchment paper underneath and sprinkle tops with sugar.
Bake for 13 minutes, remove even though they won't look done.
Leave them on the cookie sheet to continue cooking after taking them out of the oven.
Once cool, enjoy
