Heat your pan. Add sesame oil, pork, grated carrot, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce and a bit of salt & pepper. Cook until pork is cooked thoroughly.Remove from heat, add cabbage and carrot. Mix well. Preheat oven according to egg roll package directions, or heat oil and deep fry for 1 min or so on each side until lightly browned for crisper texture. Place egg roll wrapper corner pointing to you on a flat surface. Add a scoop of filling in the middle, fold in sides and roll. Grease a sheet pan with Olive oil if you are putting in the oven.
Place egg rolls on pan, bake for 10 mins. Flip. Continue baking until crispy and golden.
