Ingredients

  • 1 can Manwich 20 oz., regular, chunky or spicy
  • 1 can red beans
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 can diced tomatoes I like petite diced
  • 1/2 onion diced, optional

Instructions

  • Brown your ground beef ( I add diced onions too ) on the stove until it is no longer pink.
  • Dump this into your slow cooker.
  • Pour your Manwich, red beans and diced tomatoes in too and mix well.
  • Turn your slow cooker to low for 6 hours or so and enjoy! (you are just warming up and is great on low all day to get flavors melded together so 8 hrs low is okay too)
