BBQ Pulled Pork Crockpot Recipe
BBQ pulled pork crockpot recipe that has very few ingredients and is great over rice, in a bun, or for soft tacos. You've got to try this!

- 2-3 lb pork butt roast or pork shoulder
- 1 beer or can of coke
- 1.5 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1-2 tsp chili powder depending on how spicy you like it
Put pork butt in crockpot on low. (I usually cut it in half so it gets really tender) Mix together ingredients and pour liquid on top and cover.
Cook for 6-8 hrs. Shred pork and serve inside rolls, on rice or inside tortillas with cheese!
