Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb pork butt roast or pork shoulder
  • 1 beer or can of coke
  • 1.5 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c ketchup
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1-2 tsp chili powder depending on how spicy you like it

Instructions

  •  Put pork butt in crockpot on low. (I usually cut it in half so it gets really tender) Mix together ingredients and pour liquid on top and cover. 
  • Cook for 6-8 hrs. Shred pork and serve inside rolls, on rice or inside tortillas with cheese!
